Y is for You 

Children need the adults in their lives to be good role models for physical activity and nutrition. What a great way for Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents and educators to show children how much loved by spending quality time playing outdoors.  Set a good example by protecting yourself and your child from heat and sun exposure.  Remember to take plenty of drinking water instead of sweetened drinks or juices to keep your family hydrated.  Next time you are out with your kids – don’t observe from the bench – get involved – PLAY!
